Xobni – Inbox Backwards
Xobni is quite simply an anagram of the word “inbox”. To be precise, it is “inbox” spelled backwards. But this little addition to your email sidebar is all a part of the latest technological advances, moving forward.
This clever little plug-in allows you to poke around in your email inbox a little more easily, and is being pushed as “the smartest address book that you will ever use.”
Ever so ingeniously, the magic address book can generate profiles for everyone you have communicated with, giving you a whole bunch of information such as text messages, calls, emails, calendar events, and even data from Facebook and LinkedIn. Smart eh? Or just that little bit on the invasive side? Does this mean that every time you email a client / business contact, they can see bits of info from your Facebook page?
Xobni is already being used for Business Relationship Management to drive efficiency, so many of your business connections have probably already seen your Facebook profile image.
